What Happens When We Die: Is Death the Greatest Con?

By Paul A Philips

In my view, fear of death and ignorance go together quite well. Most people go throughout their entire lives not questioning or really looking into what happens when they die. Many blindly accept what they’ve been programmed into believing since childhood yes, religion or even atheism has got a lot to answer for.

A sure fire way of manipulating the masses into passivity is by the fear of death and the threat of going to Hell if religious following and compliance is not achieved. This is something many religions have played on, by the manufacture of Hell. Sure, many religions and their authorities have claimed that they save souls by providing the opportunity for eternal life. However, I put it to you that Hell does not exist and here are my reasons.

The New Testament Jesus character was an invention by the Roman Empire to form the new Christian religion in 325 AD at the Council of Nicaea. The Jesus biography: Prophesised Messiah, Christmas day virgin birth, grows up a humble preacher, then causes a political stir, gets crucified and rises again from the dead… etc had been around years before:

Evidence shows that many mythological characters, mainly based around the Mediterranean area; all having this biography was used in the pre-Christian Gnostic religion. For example Dionysus of Greece 625 BC had the same biography, and like his later and also made up counterpart, Jesus, was known as a saviour, ‘the light’ and ‘the way…’

My point to this is if the people at large found out that the Jesus character never existed then it would follow on that there’s no judgement day; no such place as Hell… The pre-Christian Gnostic religion like many other ancient cultures worldwide with their spiritual practices all recognised reincarnation. This means if reincarnation exists, people finding out through various spiritual practices; deep meditation, astral projection, and near-death experiences… that they’ve lived lifetime over lifetime then both Heaven and Hell doesn’t exist because they would have gone there by now!

The founders of the Roman Catholic Church new this, which is why they went to great lengths to destroy the evidence for reincarnation and the Gnostic pre-Christian religions… The manipulation of people by getting them to fear death with the threat of going to Hell allowed them with their bogus claims of having connections to God through Jesus to make a lot of money and political gain. Does this, in a way, make death the greatest con?

Cultures throughout the world that have looked in to death by the above mentioned various practices make a number of common claims regarding what happens when we die. For example, the Tibetan Buddhists say that after death our spirit departs our body and starts to ‘roam around,’ accepting this unusually different circumstance rather like strange or impossible things are accepted in a dream.

Initially, they say, we still have our ego identity with us and would naturally go to people and places related to it. Further on into death our ego identities fade away. Later, before reincarnation we take on certain agreements or plans for the next life… The next life will be affected by the previous.

Some people during near-death experiences claim certain things happened to them related to their religion. However, it has been said that none of these things can be relied on as proof for any religion because the religious experiences happen in cultures all over the world. All these religions with their contradictions of each other cannot all be true.

Can The Power of Intention Change Your Life and the World?

By Paul A Philips

I know a scientist who works in black operations. The work he’s doing, to put it mildly, is not contributing to humanity, quite the opposite in fact: Conscience-racked, he wants to expose the work he’s involved in to the public at large, but cannot for good reasons. If he did ‘THEY’ would get to his family one by one and then him. If he decided to go AWOL or elope further than a fixed millage radius within his workplace he has a capsule embedded in his body that would get remotely operated to dissolve, releasing a contained deadly poison…

-For me, the most revealing secret he said was this, which has stuck with me for a long time and it’s totally relevant to the above title: He said, the biggest fear the hidden powers that be have is the day the people they’re covertly controlling wake up en masse and realize that when thoughts and intentions are put together and focussed on in high numbers the world can change to such an extent that the very fabric of reality can be bent and reshaped.

For example, he said, if a billion people put their intentions into creating plantation in baron land then this would manifest literally out of thin air or overnight! If this is true, if this could happen, then it would indeed end world hunger….

Something I do know for sure is there exists an overwhelming body of evidence to show that intentional thought, whether at the individual or group level, can affect the outcome of things. Whether it’s for influencing the outcome of random events or healing intentions or stress reduction… I can give you examples of this by the bucketful, showing that intention is a force to be reckoned with.

-A good place to investigate all this is the ‘Institute of Noetic Sciences’ founded in the 1970’s by Apollo astronaut Edgar Mitchell focussing on collective consciousness and human transformation. Then there’s the work of Dean Radin. His riveting research would soften the most hardened sceptic, showing that thoughts can affect solid matter etc…

Rupert Sheldrake who I consider to be one of the most significant contributors to the ‘new paradigm science’ makes the point in his 10 dogmas of science that for humanity to advance we need to escape the confinements of our current material based dogmas. This means for example embracing the idea that our consciousness is not separate to the world surrounding us but dynamically interactive.

In conclusion

Intention can change our lives and the world about us. The biggest weapon we’ve got against the hidden powers that be and their New World Order enslavement agenda is that if we are united in a cause we can put our same thoughts and intentions together and create a world far better than the current one, where there will be true freedom, love peace and light.

The Benefits Of Having A Hobby

As kids, a lot of us are heavily into hobbies, be it arts and craft, calligraphy, ballet, flower arrangements, puzzles, martial arts or collecting stamps or coins. However, as we grow up and ‘real world’ responsibilities set in, we gradually let go of our favourite pastimes. That’s not good, say researchers, because hobbies have been shown to have a strong positive impact on the quality of our lives. In this article, we take a look at five benefits of pursuing hobbies…

Hobbies Help Manage Stress

After a long day (or week) of client meetings, working non-stop at your desk and demanding projects, hobbies can help alleviate some of your stress and take your mind off work. Pursuing hobbies like gardening or fishing over the weekend or reading for pleasure every evening makes for a welcome respite and prevents burnout.
Hobbies Give You Joy

Hobbies make you happier and more content as a person. Not only is this good for your general health and wellbeing, it also increases your satisfaction with life and brings you pleasure and excitement.

Hobbies Help You Refocus On Work

Taking some time to pursue hobbies helps you refocus on work with more energy and enthusiasm. Problems that seem unsolvable and situations that seem hopeless at work suddenly seem manageable after you’ve stepped away from the situation and focused on a hobby.

Hobbies Help You Bond with Others

Depending on your hobby, you can form a social network with similar-minded individuals. You can find a club for just about any hobby, cycling, nature walks, bowling, reading, mountain climbing, movies, you name it. Hobbies connect you with other people who have interests similar to yours and can sometimes lead to lifelong friendships!

Hobbies Improve Your Health

Several research studies have shown that people who engage in hobbies are less likely to develop memory problems. Hobbies are also known to stave off depression and lower blood pressure. So not only do hobbies help you psychologically, they are also good for your body.

Choosing a Hobby

Your hobby should be something that brings you happiness. Consider whether you’d want to pursue a hobby that brings you solitude and peace and quiet or one that facilitates talking, discussions and social connections. Do you want your hobby to be something that involves competition (e.g. sports) or one that simply helps you relax? Answering these questions will help you zero in on a good hobby.

There are no ‘right’ hobbies, just hobbies that make you happy. You could blog, volunteer, write poetry, tend to your garden, play a musical instrument, go camping, roast and brew coffee, do artwork or learn new languages, just to mention a few.

What Pathway Do You Choose: Service To Self, Or Service To Others?

By Paul A Philips

There is so much deception in the world, even when it’s spelled out; many people just don’t get it because, in disbelief, they think no, this can’t be. In my experience, to get some comprehension of the evil deception, it is not enough to think rationally. It demands you to listen to your heart; pursue that sense of ‘something’s not right’ that keeps elbowing you in the metaphorical ribs.

Breakdowns, crises and hardships… can serve as platforms for growth and the realization that there is so much evil deception in the world after all. Could this be what’s going on in the world en masse? How bad will it get before the realization finally comes to the forefront; to get humans to create through intentions, thoughts, meditations, prayers, laws of attraction… a world that makes a difference for everyone?

For example, it amazes me how so many people on this planet, through religion, choose a life of suffering based on the understanding that their reward will come when they die and go to heaven. What kind of God would want all this suffering?! The kind of God with an ego problem that demands to be worshiped, gets angry and jealous… politically sides with a nation and okay’s the slaughter of innocent men, women and children for a piece of promised land… -This has nothing to do with true God.

Doesn’t this seem suspect to you that manipulation is the operative? The mass manipulation of individuals into living a life based on victimhood. Is someone or something manipulating you? It’s time to get past the denial and start investigating with an open mind. Do realize that ignorance cannot be used as an excuse because all the information you need to know is out there.

In my experience, there are two different individuals. One is where no matter how knowledgeable you are, or good at communicating to this type of individual, they just don’t get that there are all these evil deceptions going on, while they make wrong or even ridicule you without the slightest idea where you’re coming from… -It’s easy to see which pathway they have chosen; the pathway of victimhood through ignorance.

Then there’s the other type like you who gets what’s going on in the world and sees the big picture (or will see in time to come?) You must be this type otherwise you wouldn’t have read this far.

Anyway, what I’m getting at is this. When you profoundly understand many of the deceptions of the world and find the connection between them, culminating in the realization that there are a handful of elite super-rich genetically evil individuals controlling the world by ownership of the banks and major commodities; weapons, oils, gold and drugs… and meet in secret societies to plan global enslavement of the rest of the world…you now have 3 choices.

1. Do nothing: The biggest threat to freedom for you, your family and friends is above all doing nothing…

2. Side with the elite rulers, get paid off… Unlikely, since, as I’ve said, you wouldn’t have read this far.

3. Or do something. Get the word out in any way you can, get actively involved and apply the above mentioned intenetions, thoughts, meditations, prayers, laws of attraction…

As the title of this says “What pathway do you chose: service to self or others?”

This Is Why You’re Having Trouble Losing Belly Fat

By Jon Allo

When people are on a diet and or fitness plan the one issue that always comes up is how to lose belly fat. Even though fat from other body areas is challenging to burn off, it seems the last fat to leave us is that which is covers up our abdominal muscles. Your six pack abs may be hidden below a slab of belly fat.

There are some common misconceptions about losing belly fat that are important to recognize. Getting your head around the truth of how to lose belly fat is one of the biggest obstacles for a lot of people who are trying to improve the shape of their body. If you’re having trouble losing belly fat, let’s take a look at why that could be happening.

Spot Fat Burning.

Spot fat burning is when you try to burn fat in a specific area of your body: your stomach, your hips, your rear – wherever you have unwanted fat. But your body is a little more complicated than that.

It’s tempting to think that we can lose belly fat quickly by taking a little here and taking a lot there. But it just doesn’t work that way. Doing sit ups and crunches will tighten and tone the abdominal muscles and strengthen your pelvic girdle. You may even lose several inches as a result of toning, but there’s still that stubborn layer of fat clinging to your belly.

The reason is that your body uses fat differently for what you may think. Also, it holds onto fat differently than you think. And then there is the issue that there are various types of stored body fat, a few of which are easier to lose than others.

When it comes to spot fat burning, there’s no way to physically do it. Despite all of the hype and outright lies in the diet and fitness industry, you can’t decide to only start losing belly fat. You have to treat it with an overall fitness plan with sound nutrition as well as consider reducing lifestyle habits that add to the mix.

Getting To A Fat Point.

Many people have the mistaken belief that they are not losing belly fat because they have reached their ‘fat point’. This is the misconception that everybody has a certain fat point where their body stays at a particular level of fat that is normal for that individual. But this is just another myth.

While there are various different body types that are determined by our genes, the percentage of fat that we carry around in our body is not due solely to the genes that we have inherited. It is due to the food that we have been eating from the beginning of our life to the stage where we are now and the amount of movement or activity that we do on a regular basis.

There are no miracle pills, exotic herbs or unique physical exercises that will make your belly fat vanish without having an effect on the rest of your body. To figure out exactly how to lose belly fat you have to look at all elements of your lifestyle, from what you eat to the exercise that you do.

Losing belly fat and getting fit does not have to be difficult. For the best nutritional tips, the most proven exercise programs, fitness motivation and the whole recipe for fat loss with safe, natural and proven methods please click here.

Are You Too Busy, Busy Hooked In To Achieve Personal Growth?

By Paul A Philips

The hidden elite world rulers with their global domination agenda continue apparently without significant opposition. With so many things not right in the world why aren’t there more people protesting on the streets?

Care of the elite world rulers and their lackeys; the world’s foremost con artists politicians, media men, educationalists, corporate / bankers and other cogs-in-the-wheel… basically, people have been mass hypnotised to believe everything’s fine. One of the biggest reasons why the people can’t see right through this smoke and mirrors theatre of illusion is because they have been dosed with countless distraction to take their focus of attention away from the realization that their being screwed by the system.

You can recognise those lost in distraction wilfully ignorant to the woes of the world. Some go about their lives reminiscent of a zombie apocalypse. Going about their lives in death-like trances their frozen faces stay fixed; fingers jabbing away on the latest distraction device: Mobile phone, MP3, computer games or there’s the hundred-channel TV blurting out the latest garbage, killing conversation…

Then there’s another variation on a theme of the distracter factor which basically goes: “There’s a lot of things not right in my life and the world about me and I need to sort them out…One day I will sort them out …” but ‘one day’ never comes, because that person is too busy, busy hooked in with those things (just mentioned) that don’t matter in their life.

Further, not only does it take them away from the attention needed to deal with these things, feeling the pain crying out ‘help!’ from their inner being, but also the distraction keeps them too busy, busy hooked in stop them from personal growth.

Consequentially, they become victims of their own imprisonment. Indeed that’s exactly what the hidden powers that be want. How does it feel to know that you’re being screwed in this way? Have these distractions suddenly lost their importance? Does the latest display of cute cats on your mobile, or game show option telly flick through, or swelling of your reputation scoring higher on High Command or getting more Facebook likes now seem less important?

I watch some of these people huddled on trains or other places. They can’t bear to do nothing, just BE. They have to flex their forefingers on some device… To just sit there and do nothing can be empowering: In the ineffable emptiness creativity kicks in. Ideas manifest and yes, the realization that something needs to be done to sort out your life and also make some contribution to the world. The key is in listening to your heart.

Besides taking action and spreading the word about the evil hidden powers that be and their global domination agenda, focussed thoughts, feelings and emotions manifest reality and this is the key to creating a world that makes a difference for everyone. When people can give up at least some of that distraction and get involved in these things then not only do they get to sort their own lives but also they contribute to global transformation.

How about that as an opportunity?

A Simple Guide To The Best Diet Foods

By Jon Allo

There is so much information around today on diets and food, it can be frustrating trying to work out exactly what are the best diet foods to eat for weight loss. Studies have revealed that the body starts to feels full by the volume of food eaten and not the number of calories within the food. That is why water-rich foods, sometimes called negative calorie foods, are the best diet foods. Negative calorie foods are ones which take more calories to digest than what is contained in the food itself.

Foods high in water are also high in fibre, but low in calories so you can eat them without worrying about the consequences on your waistline! By eating water-rich foods with your meal, you end up feeling full, and thus you’ll eat fewer high-calorie foods and in the end eat fewer calories over the course of that meal. Let’s take a look at some of these water-rich foods that fill you up fast.

Vegetables and Fruits.

Some of the fruits and vegetables that are foods with high water content and nutrient levels include spinach, broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, watermelon, berries and apples.

Low-fat or Fat-free Milk Products.

You can still enjoy dairy products like milk, cottage cheese and Greek yogurt but make sure that they are the low-fat or fat-free variety. Also there are some good low fat and low calorie dairy alternatives, such as milks made from soy, almond and rice.

Soups And Broths.

Stick with vegetable-based soups. Soups made with chicken or beef broth or tomato-based soups all contain lots of water, but not many calories. Stay away from cream-based soups; a cup of mushroom bisque has 400 calories while the same amount of minestrone soup has only 112 calories.

Best Diet Food Plan.

To eat fewer calories during your main course, start your meal with an appetizer made from one of the above foods. A bowl of broth-based soup or a green salad, without the cheese or croutons, make great appetizers that partially fill you up so you eat less of the high-calorie main meal.

When you prepare vegetables you can keep them healthy and avoid adding calories by steaming them. Avoid frying or cooking your vegetables with creams or butter. Steaming preserves most of the nutrients that would be otherwise lost in many of the other preparation processes that use high heat. You can add more flavour by putting spices in with the vegetables.

Don’t spoil a nice low-calorie meal with a high-calorie drink. The best option is drink plain water, flavoured with lemon if you like, sparkling water, or unsweetened ice tea. Avoid drinking high-calorie laden sports drinks, alcohol or fruit juices. If you like to drink milk with your meal, make sure it is skimmed or one of the milk alternatives.

How To Get That Man

By Samantha Knowles

We have all heard about books, ebooks, audio programs- all showing you HOW to get a man to fall in love with you. They offer how to do it in minutes, weeks, and months. The truth is…none of the tactics really work, if they did everyone would be in committed and passionate relationships.

Communication: Which brings me to the next point: texting. It’s a great way to keep in touch nowadays and is far from overbearing. It gives ladies a slight advantage because you can just pique a guy’s interest every now and then without seeming like you’re coming on too strong. A random text saying something like, “Was just thinking about that time we…” or “Hey, do you remember what a laugh we had when…” Then, you can take it from there, at your own pace.

Get your timing right: To start off with, let’s get rid of that common misconception that men don’t want to fall in love; we do. The problem is that we just don’t always want to do it at the same time women do. Age and maturity are key factors here, so if a man doesn’t seem like he’s out for more than just a good time, cut your losses and realize that he’s just not ready for love yet.

Bring out your inner cook: Now we turn from modern advice to old school: What they said about a man’s stomach being the way to his heart is true. The key here is being seen as the “cool, fun” woman who comes up with unique things to do out of the blue, but isn’t expecting something afterwards. Believe me; creating a little air of intrigue about you isn’t a bad thing. Leaving the guy wondering, “Why did she invite me to this and then not call me for a few weeks and then all of a sudden invite me to another thing” is good.

Be Yourself: This is the most important tip of all. Most importantly, be uniquely yourself. What do you like to do? Get your man to be intrigued in what also interests you. You can share it together. Enjoy swimming; take him to do this with you. Enjoy running, go for a run together. It is wonderful to listen to someone discussing their dreams, but it is much better to see someone doing the things that make them happy in a passionate way. Even better- doing them together.

Making a man happy is important. What else does it take? Check out these great tips in The Modern Women’s Guide To Strength Training Review. To get what you want, check out the Manifestation Miracle Review.

Why You Should Walk More

Copyright © 2014 LifeWorks Integrative health

Walking is an excellent way to exercise. Walking is low-impact and pretty much everyone has the ability to walk for exercise. It’s inexpensive and can help to reduce your risk of developing cardiovascular disease as well as type 2 diabetes. Here are just five of the many reasons why you should get up, get outside and walk.

Walking when combined with a sensible diet can do wonders for your health. If you still are not convinced why you should walk more, here are five reasons that will make you want to get off your computer and head to the nearest park or treadmill.

Why You Should Walk More:

1. Did you know that engaging in a regular walking program can actually help to aid with the digestive process? Research indicates that a post-meal walk can not only aid in digestion but can also help to control blood sugar levels. Need another reason why you should walk more? Physically moving away from the kitchen or the dining room table eliminates the temptation to fill your plate with seconds or even thirds. Walking away from the table can do wonders for your waistline as well as your overall health.

2. You should walk more for the health of your bones. Walking is not going to add serious bulk to your muscles. Walking will not add bulk to your quads, glutes and hamstrings in the same way that deadlifts or squats will; but walking can still help to build up your strength.

Walking is a strengthening exercise that helps to improve the strength of your legs and core. Walking is also a great way to improve your cardiovascular fitness. While walking may not build-up large and bulky muscles, walking strengthens your bones more than going for a swim, biking or using an elliptical machine would.

Look for a walking buddy. You are less likely to skip out on a walk if you have someone counting on you to walk with them. You are going to be much more likely to stick with your evening walks and build strong, healthy bones is someone i counting on you to be there with them.

3. You should walk more because walking is a low impact exercise. In most situations, there is no reason to say that you are unable to participate in a walking program as part of a fitness routine. Even if you do engage in vigorous physical activity on a daily basis, you should walk more because sometimes your body
needs a break from the physically demanding activities that you put in through.

Whether you are seasoned athlete, a bodybuilder, someone who has not exercised in years or someone who is recovering from an injury, walking is great for your health. If you are looking to lose weight, aim to walk for 20 minutes per day (this is with a healthy diet). If your diet is not-so-healthy, aim to walk one hour per day.

It’s recommended that we take 10,000 steps daily. To keep track of this, consider wearing a pedometer daily. This will help you to see how many steps you are taking and if you need to make any changes to your walking plan. If you need a little extra motivation to get off of the coach, a pedometer may also do the trick. If you don’t see your steps going up, chances are you are going to get up and do something about that! Prolonged time sitting down is not beneficial when it comes to anyone’s health.

4. Walking is not only great for your body but is great for your mind as well. You should walk more for your mental health! Spending all day seated at your computer screen, checking e-mails and meeting tough deadlines can be extremely stressful. Going for a walk can help to improve your mood. If your job is stressful, consider going for a walk at lunch time. The fresh-air and just the outdoors in general can help to calm you down and get you through the rest of your day. Walking is a quick and easy way to clear your head and boost your mood.

5. You should walk more to put an end to any laziness you may be experiencing. Nine times out of 10 there is absolutely no excuse not to take a walk. Even if you don’t feel like it, walking is quick and easy. Walking helps to keep your bones, muscles and joints in working order.
