How Spiritual Are You? Care To Find Out?!

By Paul A Philips

There are so many things that not only weaken our spiritual light the expression of who we really are but threaten our very existence. Some of those things include: Toxicity from junk food, GMO’s, heavy metal poison in our food, toxic vaccine overload especially with children, airborne chemical spraying, low electromagnetic frequencies… All of which disturb the equilibrium of our body’s bio-energetic fields.

Then there are the renderings of mass media fear mongering, lies designed to hypnotize the sheep-like masses… Fear from money problems, so called terrorists, threats of war, epidemic diseases… With all this constant fear and worry over surviving how are we expected to grow spiritually?

In spite of all the adversity we are growing spiritually. It shows how amazing we can be. Some of us don’t realize that we really are amazing.

Not being the affect of fear or other negativities here are 8 things to show how spiritual we are. How strongly do you identify yourself in the list outlining a spiritual person?

1. Health conscious

Chooses organic food, drinks lots of good clean water and avoids the above mentioned toxicity where possible… Is committed to maintaining a positive outlook on life sleeps well and exercises regularly.

2. Has regular spiritual practices to raise vibration

May meditate regularly, says affirmations, reads an uplifting article or book, practices grounding/earthing, does yoga… recognises that uplifting spiritual experiences can happen from simplicity.

3. Awareness

Cares for all life forms, loves all things spiritual and has a planetary awareness, knowing how deeply connected he/she is with nature. We can remember our connection to the cosmos; the universe’s cosmic cycles. Our ancestors were indeed well aware of this. Sees right through the mass consensus fabricated reality, doesn’t get tangled in it.

4. Activism

Gets involved in campaigning for what is right, decent, fair and honest for freedom and justice in a peaceful manner… to raise awareness and make the necessary changes happen in the world.

5. Forgiveness

Forgives naturally and quickly… Knows the importance of completion with someone in relationship matters (Who’s suffering when you don’t forgive someone…?)

6. Non-judgemental

Maintains a non-judgement way of being in life… realizes that judgement is a bad servant but a good master.

7. Good communication

Possesses good open and appropriate communication in relationships: Life workability, good relationships, and competence in dealing with life’s games, tasks and projects… needs good communication to bring these things together…

8. Expresses Gratitude

Realizes that life is amazing and is a wonderful gift. It’s up to you to make what you can of it. The attitude of gratitude is a sure fire guiding light.

-Well how did you do? How much did you see of yourself in these 8 things?

It is hoped that the reader has been fire up and inspired!

Achievement Through The Power Of Your Word

By Paul A Philips

There are indeed certain establishments offering various designer plans and products for you as a customer. For examples you can have designer clothes, designer kitchens or designer jewellery… Well, how about designer life? It could be said that in the self-help, self-growth or self-improvement (whatever you call it) categories you can have what could be called ‘designer life.’

One sure-fire way to designer life; a way of designing a life for fulfilment with all the necessary conditions of satisfaction is by achievement through the power of your word. Just how committed could you be to being a person of your word? Would you be prepared to stay up all night to get something done because you said you would..?

Words not only exist to say what and how you’ll accomplish something by a certain time they also create a context in which to view that target for achievement.

Let me clarify this by explaining with an inspiring analogy!

Three builders seen chipping away with their tools at some stones were approached by a man who asked each one ‘what are you doing?’

Curtly, the first man replied ‘I’m trying to hammer this stupid rock into a shape…’ unhappily, checking his watch, waiting for 5 o’clock home time…

Showing more interest than the first the second man said hammering away carefully ‘I’m shaping this rock so that it will fit into the other rocks to make a wall… I don’t mind working here but I’ll be glad when it’s over with and home time…’

Zealously, the third man hammered away at a granite block, some small pieces flew off… Happy with the outcome, that he had achieved what he said he would accomplish at this stage and within the timeframe, he then replied gazing up with pride and enthusiasm ‘I’m building a great cathedral.’

Three men with different attitudes and approaches with the same job to do…

-Going back to what I said earlier: ‘Words not only exist to say what and how you’ll accomplish something by a certain time they also create a context in which to view that target for achievement.’

As in the case of the third man this illustrates how the power of your word can be used to not only hold yourself accountable to achieve a target time but also create a context, a way of seeing your tasks that make them really worth doing.

-So what are you building in your life? Are you building a cathedral? Does your designer purpose in life really inspire you to do things..?

Effective Communication The Power Of Living In The Conversation

By Paul A Philips

If ever you want to know who you really are then take a look at the nature of the conversations you have in life. Whether it’s in the nature of how you talk to others or the chatter in your head, the conversations you have going on reflect who you are and is about as exclusive as your fingerprints!

-So for personal effectiveness it’s worth examining the nature of your conversations reflecting the way you see things, how you interact… and how you can shape them for fulfilment and effective communication.

Life as a conversation in your head

2 men walking down the street: Both men have a conversation in their heads about money. The first man is thinking how he’s going to make ends meet, having real issues / concerns about paying next month’s rent and with insufficient funds he also owes money to the bank as monthly dues… etc.

Then there’s the second man. He’s considering how to invest in stocks and shares having received a sizable windfall. He’s estimating how much spending money he’ll need to go on holiday, not leave him short after buying those stocks and shares…

By their own interpretations the first man is having a terrible day while the other is enjoying life, but both men are doing the same thing, walking down the street! You see, the only difference between the 2 men is the different conversations in their heads.

The point to this is that the conversation in our heads can determine what we get out of life. Will your internal conversation run you or will you run it?

Life as an external conversation how you interact with others

Whether it’s the chatter in your head or how you talk to others the nature of the conversation is determined by a number of factors. The point to get is that they’re all interpretive and choice-based. When interacting with others you can create the conversation.

Will you have a conversation based on negativity; in the morass, helplessness or on victimhood..? Or will you create a conversation for opportunity, resourcefulness, contribution, solving problems or sharing yourself on the joy that life really is..?

-You can see that the nature of the conversations you choose determines how life shows up for you. One thing is for sure the conversation merely based on negativity is not empowering for you!

So it’s well worth doing some introspection, asking yourself who I am as an opportunity, a resource, as someone who can help, contribute, solve problems and share myself on a daily basis…
